Hi, I'm Gene Luzala, a dedicated PhD student in Cultural Studies, embarking on an exciting journey of research. My focus? The profound influences on the development of masculine identities of transgender men of color. This study employs an oral historical interview method, as I am motivated to unearth the compelling life stories and diverse experiences that have shaped you into the remarkable, individual you are today.

Trans masculine, transgender men, FTM, AFAB (Assigned Female At Birth), men of color who have lived as men for at least 3 years.

You'll fill out a short survey and based on your answers you'll be Interviewed remotely via Zoom using video and audio that will be recorded. Remaining anonymous is a possibility. You'll be compensated $30 If selected for an hour long Interview.
